Abstract

Based on paragraphs 9, 16 and 19 of the general policies of the resistive economy and the focus of the economy is on the Second Step of the Revolution by the Supreme Leader, In this paper, the factors affecting structural defects in the regulatory structure of Pension Funds as a key socio-economic entity are extracted and networked. Main question: 1-What are the key factors affecting structural deficiencies in the Regulation of the country's Pension Funds? 2-What is the pattern of the themes of the factors affecting structural deficiencies in the country's Pension Funds? Research Method: In this study, using the thematic analysis (TA) and structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) methods, key factors are identified to modify the regulatory structure of Pension Funds and by achieving a network of themes of the relationship between the six factors extracted. Finally, the MICMAC method was used to measure the influence and influence of factors. Findings: The results of this study indicate that it is necessary to meet the objectives of the resistance economics policies and to address structural deficiencies in the Regulation of Pension Funds, the responsibility of managing intergenerational affairs in the field of retirement should be delegated to an independent regulator.
