Abstract

The Prophet Mohammad's family has a special position in Islamic denominations and in several cases jurists of denominations have referred to their news before issuing a Fatwa. From the view of Islamic denominations, Hazrat Fatemeh is the most important person among the Prophet Mohammad's family. This descriptive-analytical research was conducted with the aim of investigating the subject that how and at what level Hazrat Fatemeh's narrative jurisprudence has affected Islamic jurisprudential denominations; thus, related studies, including articles, books, and jurisprudential and narrative sources, were examined. After reviewing them, it was determined that there was no study examining the subject of this research. The results showed that Islamic denominations have impressed by Hazrat Fatemeh's narratives in terms of family and worship issues, in such a way that her narratives as a valid statement have been examined like other ones. Among Hazrat Fatemeh's narratives by which Islamic denominations have issued Fatwas or impressed are as follows: washing late woman by her husband, scheduling a prayer time on Friday, using the coffin for woman corpse, the verdict of Aqiqah and appointing someone to impose a Hadd on an adulterous slave. Using the coffin for woman corpse is among Hazrat Fatemeh's particular jurisprudential cases cited by the jurists of Islamic denominations.
