Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the criteria for appointing commanders and law enforcement managers based on martyr Soleimani School. This is a purposeful research which is developmental and applied, and based on method, explanatory-descriptive. Data collection is in the category of qualitative research and Delphi method. The statistical population of this research includes police experts and documents related to the school of Shahid Soleimani. Oral and written data were analyzed by argumentative-interpretive method. The findings show that the criteria for appointing commanders and law enforcement managers based on the school of martyr Soleimani can be divided into three dimensions: occupational-professional, doctrinal-spiritual and moral-behavioral and through the localization and institutionalization of the commanding style of this high-ranking martyr in the appointment of commanders and law enforcement officers, it is possible to carry out the order-establishing missions in a way that the most members of society accepts its methods. The results show that in order to achieve the goals in appointing commanders and managers at the level of the Islamic Revolution and martyr Soleimani’ s school, the police should re-read the process of appointing commanders and law enforcement managers based on the characteristics of the martyr Soleimani’ s school to choose the best candidate based on the martyr’ s criteria.
