Abstract

In the recent decades, with sustainable development, Supply Chain beneficiaries expect that environmental and social responsibility be addressed in the Supply Chain as well. The aim of present research is to provide a framework sustainable for the Supply Chain agility in the brick industry of Isfahan province. This developmental research is applied and qualitative. Using theoretical sampling, 10 experts have been selected who are familiar with the research. For coding and identifying the factors, Grounded Theory has been used based on the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin with the help of semi-structured interviews. Then, based on Grounded Theory, using Maxqda software, after taking three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding, 11 factors were expressed for the Sustainability of agile Supply Chain in Isfahan province. Also, the commitment of top management has been identified as a central phenomenon to achieve sustainable Supply Chain agility and also economical and social matters of the Supply Chain have been introduced as sample outcomes. This research is one of the first studies that offers a hybrid model of agility and Sustainability in the brick industry and helps other related companies apply agility and Sustainability to the Supply Chain.
