Title

Predicting the Level of Organizational Creativity of Employees based on the Type of Transformational Leadership (Case Study: Hamedan Police Command)

Abstract

 The aim of this study was to identify the predictive level of employees' Organizational Creativity based on the type of Transformational Leadership of managers with emphasis on Organizational retention. In this research, a descriptive correlational research method has been used. The statistical population is Hamedan Police staff among whom 198 people were selected as a sample through simple random sampling using Krejcie and Morgan Table. Then to collect the required data from two standard questionnaires. M. L. Q and Creativity of receptive were used. Using Cronbach's alpha coefficient in the above-mentioned questionnaires, their reliability was calculated as 0. 91, 0. 89, respectively. To test the hypotheses, descriptive and inferential statistics such as mean, percentage, Kalmogorov-Smirnov Test and Multivariate Regression Test were used in SPSS software. The results show that in the presence of all three variables of ideal behaviors, inspirational motivation and managers' considerations, the relevant variables positively and significantly explain the Creativity of employees at the level of 0. 003.
