Abstract

The macro planning and multifaceted utilization and consistent with the sustainable Development strategies of the country's Environmental potentials can include excellence, Development and economic progress of the country. The Supreme Leader (General Assembly) has emphasized the natural geographic capabilities of the country as one of the main factors of national power in various policies and declarations of major macroeconomic policies of the country. Statement of the second step was called the material opportunities of the country. The Supreme Leader believes that relying on these God-given wealth can increase national income and make the country rich and prosperous in the real sense and solve the country's problems in the economic spheres. In this study, descriptive and analytical pathology exploit the benefits of the natural Geography of the country in the last forty years and by analyzing the Supreme Leader's statements major opportunities materialistic country and their place in the endogenous Development of the second stage of the revolution. This research was carried out based on the six axes of the analysis and the conceptual model of the research was extracted.
