Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to extracting the main characteristics of Training curriculum for Employability of Senior school Students. A qualitative design with descriptive phenomenology approach was selected to carry out the research. Qualitative research participants are all experts in the field of curriculum planning and skills Training. The criterion based sampling method applied in this study and 14 people were involved based on the theoretical saturation as sample size. Interview data were collected through semi-structured. The reliability of the interviews was obtained through Credibility, Transferability, Dependability and Confirm ability. The results of the analysis of the interviews identified 93 basic themes in 4 organizing themes, which are gathered around the comprehensive theme of the Training curriculum for the Employability of high school Students. The research findings identified the components of the skills Training program for Employability in the form of objective elements (cognitive, emotional and skill), content, teaching and learning strategies and evaluation.
