Abstract

A need for product Continuous improvement, services, and processes are widely acknowledged in today’ s complex and turbulent environment; but this program has not progressed effectively due to some barriers, and not implemented according to the principles. Identifying the mentioned barriers in Science and Technology Parks is the aim of this project. By studying the related literature and applying the views of university experts, who were selected through judgment sample and goal-oriented sampling, 18 factors were identified as the implementation barriers of Continuous improvement; then, we proceeded to rank the barriers by Fuzzy TOPSIS technique, and the most important one was introduced. The results show that “ low employees participation in Continuous improvement activities” is the most important barriers.
