Abstract

Nowadays one of the most significant problems in Iran is the separation of the country's industry from academic institutions such as universities. This reduction of distance not only can help students to find occupation related to their specialty and interest, but also can help the country's industries to hire employees with skills that industry needs. On the other hand, reducing the gap between the industry and the university will reduce unemployment, reduce the cost of training after employment and increase the student’ s morale. In addition, research and development units of universities can understand the challenges of the industry easier than past and make the researches that needed by the industry more efficiency. Finally, eliminating this gap is also help them to transfer technology between themselves. Undoubtedly, establish a communication system between universities and industries, need to provide a lot of necessary indexes and evaluate all aspects before implementation of the system. One of the most important factors for starting a business is knowing the laws, standards, and standards that exist and are relevant to this business. One of the most important factors for starting a business is knowing the laws, standards that exist and are relevant to this business. In e-commerce, there are a number of laws in Iran that all of the existing laws should be considered in order to implement this business. These laws include the laws of commerce in Iran, e-commerce law, jurisprudence Rules, and technical standards. Knowing these Rules will recognize the restrictions of the website expansion and become more familiar with the implementation standards of this system.
