Abstract

Holy BASIL (Ocimum BASILicun L.), mentioned in the Qur' an of the same name, plays an important role in the prevention and TREATMENT of various disorders that one of them, cerebral vascular obstruction, swollen analysis of all the members, shortness of breath and stomach is weak. For this purpose, BASIL the QURAN and HADITH and its role in disease prevention, according to the findings were examined.This paper presents a study in which the library collects information by searching the literature and scientific databases such as Google scholar, SID, etc. and books on medicinal plants, the HADITH limited in Persian and English and unrestricted use keywords QURAN, HADITH, healthy eating, BASIL, modern medicine and the QURAN, the results obtained and discussed.Basil is mentioned in the QURAN and the importance of religion and modern medicine findings also indicate that its multiple properties. Experimental study on the effect of the plant disease prevention is noted.
