Abstract

The SAMANID rule gradually formed in Iran by numerous causes. Before SAMANID began their independent government formally; they had experienced ruling various provinces for more one and half century. Historical acquaintance of ruling the various provinces, relatively satisfaction of people and esteem social rank of them as deserving PEASANTs for confidence and so KHULAFA’s confirmation on them, came together necessary LEGITIMACY for eariling the rule with AUTHORITY by descendants of SAMANID. The suitable politic, military and social condition in the eastern - north areas of Iran in the second half of the third century A.H. Paved the way of this occasion too.
