Abstract

The main aim of the research is to achieve the most approving strategies to promote a culture of FORGIVENESS in IRIB TV. This research is conducted using the Depth interview method and David STRATEGY. To achieve the research objectives, the experts and the elites’ viewpoints were used. Therefore, the mission and vision of the TV were determined at first and then, after the evaluation of internal and external factors, the long term goals and finally favorable strategies were identified and prioritized. The results of this study show that the competitive strategies are the most appropriate strategies and the animation producing management were identified for TV. Finally, competitive revised strategies were prioritized for TV. The result of this research showed that the most important STRATEGY for TV is "Teaching critical thinking in children's TV programs (National Television) and creating the enabling environment for social learning and social skills in order to promote the culture of FORGIVENESS among the children. This result corresponded with the theory of social learning and promotion.
