Abstract

CULTURE maker organizations are CULTURAL BEINGS and have ability to affect the CULTURE of the society. They are reinforcing dominant CULTURE of the society or changing it.Undoubtedly as organizations are affected from their environment and the society's CULTURE, dominant CULTURE of organizations affect the society's CULTURE. Organizations transfer beliefs, values, and norms to the society. The transaction between organizations as CULTURAL BEINGS and components of the CULTURE create a new concept called CULTURE maker organizations. This research tries to show index & the ways to identify these organdy actions.The pattern - based that organizations categorized & them identify as a wlture maker organization, is a tridimensional pattern. Then we specify their coefficient of influences for each organization by analytical hierarchy process that quantifies the qualified opinion of the experts. The results show that Radio & Television organization have the most impact on CULTURE making & then Hoze' e'lmiye & police placed offer that.
