Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to explain the difference between the impact of Financing through public-private partnership with other methods of Financing on development goals. The research hypotheses have been collected by one-way analysis of variance, Kruskal-Wallis and minimal difference using the survey data of 1396, which have been collected and summarized by fuzzy Delphi method. The findings show that there is a significant difference between the impact of Financing through public-private partnership with the methods of Financing loans, bond sales and stock sales on development goals. Also, there is no significant difference between Financing through public-private partnership and government budget in terms of impact on development goals. It is proposed to increase the share of public-private Financing method among Financing methods in order to achieve more development goals. In addition to freeing up government funding, the move will increase private sector participation.
