Abstract

The escalation of Credit Risk and the increase in the volume of Banking system deferred claims in recent years have created a potential crisis in the usury free Banking system of Iran. It is necessary to take the necessary actions before the emergence and actualization of social and economic crises in the country, and to come up with solutions tailored to the Iran situation. In order to accomplish this goal, a series of Banking system solutions that are used to address the risk Factors affecting Credit Risk escalation are investigated and then completed with proposed solutions. In the following, the required criteria and desirability of a solution in the Banking system are explained and all of these strategies are analyzed using a descriptive analytical method based on the appropriate criteria such as validity, legality and deterrence etc. Finally, the management package proposed in order to use in the Banking system of the country, which has been approved by the managers of the Banks of the country in the light of the above criteria, has been presented for each of the Factors of one or several strategies according to the nature of that factor.
