Abstract

Managers should rely on their knowledge as a factor of competitiveness, the accumulation of knowledge that there is in organizations in order to implement projects and multiple actions, and the knowledge that there are in experience forces, is not replace any other parameter. Currently organizations Management are looking ways that though they can to transfer tacit knowledge in organization to throughout the organization. In this study, the influence of organizational factors on the development of KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT in the NATIONAL IRANIAN SOUTH OIL COMPANY employees. studied, To achieve this goal, the five main variables "organizational culture, organizational structure, human resources, information technology and communications support to senior managers' identification and the production of knowledge and its transmission across the organization using Pearson correlation and other methods. descriptive statistics were used to detect, Data collected based on the questionnaire responses of the subjects and the results, Showed a positive and significant effect on all variables except structure hypotheses on the development of KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT system that is specific to the organizational structure, The oil-rich southern areas essential for managing a national company to implement a KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT strategy, the elements that indicate a significant effect of the experimental variables, To consider.
