Title

THE STUDY OF PRINCIPLE OF JOBS TRIGGERS BASED ON JOB SATISFACTION (HERZBERG MODEL) AND SPORT FEDERATIONS

Abstract

 This study attempted to investigate job-motivating factors based on JOB SATISFACTION (Herzberg model) and sports FEDERATIONs. The method of this research was descriptive and field study. The population of the study was 22 personnel of sports FEDERATION that 136 of these members were selected randomly as the sample. The instruments used in this study are three kinds of questionnaires (personal information, healthy and motivated factors, and JOB SATISFACTION). The validity of the motivated factors, and job were 86% and 83%, respectively. It was shown that (H was indicated) an acceptable reliability. After data collection through descriptive method, Kolmograph-Smirnov test, T-independent and Pearson’s correlation coefficient were used to achieve the purpose of this research. Research findings indicate that in MOTIVATIONAL FACTORS domain, decision power and in HEALTHY FACTORS domain, interpersonal relationship had a high score, and also the analytical data showed that there was no significant difference among the various scales of JOB SATISFACTION as well as FEDERATION in relation to motivational and HEALTHY FACTORS with JOB SATISFACTION of FEDERATION. Finally, it was found that female personnel were alittle more satisfied than male personnel. However, there was no significant difference between motivational and HEALTHY FACTORS in males and females.
