Abstract

Judicial statistics of new tools play an important role in proving crimes. New methods such as fingerprinting, DNA testing and electronic evidence are effective in creating the knowledge of the judge, so that according to Article 212 of the Islamic Penal Code, the certainty obtained from such documents is superior to other legal reasons. Proof (probability) (Judicial Emirate is determined by law, and positive value) is the actuality of proof (it is with the court) and if after its formal and substantive evaluation provides the grounds for conviction for resolving the judicial unknown, the court's verdict will be documented. The purpose of this applied research, and its method is descriptive and analytical, based on library information and filing. The findings of the research show that despite the legislative stipulation in Article 211 on the certainty of the judge's knowledge from the UAE, unfortunately due to lack of Adequate facilities, new tools are usually less considered by the courts and in practice their value is reduced due to ordinary suspicious reasons. The judge must use all the principles governing other reasons for proving the case in order to benefit from new methods of scientific detection of crimes; The principle of freedom to study reason in order to access customary science and peace of mind, other important principles such as "principle of honesty and legitimacy" or "principle of transcendence of the study of reason" and "principle of the rule of unity of reason.
