Abstract

 In today's business environment, with increasing environmental changes and fluctuations resulting from more competitive. The impact of environmental indicators such as political, economic, social, cultural, and legal etc. has a major effect on the success or failure of organizations, while affecting managers and making mistakes in decisions markets and accelerating the environment's instability, managers and their organizations are facing a variety of challenges. The Strategy Palette provided by Martin Reeves at the Boston Consulting Group Strategy Institute is based on the theory that there is no general strategy approach for all situations. The choice of the right approach has never been so difficult for many different tools against this turmoil. the Strategy Palette, by expressing some dimensions, tries to distinguish between tools that fit for different environments The purpose of this research is to answer these questions, " what is the proper strategy for Electronic Payment Industry especially in the field of POS facilities that is consistent with the category provided by the Strategy Palette And what is the proper approach to success in this area of Electronic Payment Industry? Accordingly, the indicators presented for all pallet environments measure to investigate the purpose of the study, information collect from two parts. In the qualitative part of the research, the semi-structured interview methodology were used by industry experts and in the small part of the time series of transaction data and statistical analyzes use The results obtained from the analysis describe the environment as "adaptive” , and consider the main approach in reducing scheduling time to implementation And the focus is on analyzing competitor behavior and innovation as the main technique.
