Abstract

If the contract is suspended and there are obligation to fulfill it, the failure to comply with the Suspension will not necessarily lead to a void or, more specifically, to termination of the contract. In other words, the failure to comply with the Suspension will not necessarily lead to a void or, more specifically, to termination of the contract.
