THE ROLE OF RELATIONSHIP MARKETING IN THEATER'S SUCCESS

Abstract

RELATIONSHIP MARKETING focuses on creating long term and interactive relations with individuals, organizations and stakeholders and maintaining it. RELATIONSHIP MARKETING aims to persuade customers to buy and use again from the products and services they have used previously such as theaters. This research aims that assessing the determinants of RELATIONSHIP MARKETING in the success of theater saloons and defining their priorities. This research is a descriptive one and its type is survey. Its population is the audiences of theaters in Tehran theater saloons. A sample of 384 people has been selected by Using Cochran formula to answer the questionnaires. Prioritizing and sub-factors were used in marketing communications. Research findings indicate that the order of the eight major marketing communication, the "public policy" in the first place, the "historical" in the second, the "market" third factor "internal marketing" The fourth factor, "resources" in the fifth, the "communication" at number six, the "competence" in the seventh rank, the "Information Technology" is ranked eighth. Finally, Some suggestions have been given according to the results of this research.
