Abstract

in the contemporary era, with the rise of individualism, the development of public spaces as an adjunct to human beings has become more important in bringing them closer to each other and compensating for some of the current lost social capital in the architectural and urban contexts of the past. However, today these spaces have undergone extensive changes that have largely distanced themselves from their original nature and failed to respond to the needs of citizens. Evaluates after interventions. Different tests such as exploratory factor analysis, single sample T test, ANP network analysis process and structural equation modeling were used for data analysis. Finally, the extent of explaining and predicting the implementation of the Branch Square project on the socio-cultural developments of Branch Square neighborhoods under the influence of causal relationships among the six components was analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results showed that social motivation indices (with coefficient of T = 5. 363); social interactions (with coefficient of T = 11. 1818); and visual quality (with coefficient of T = 9. 9402) were positive and higher than standard. As a result, the implementation of the Green Field Project has refined and enhanced the social structures and attitudes of urban people by enhancing visual quality and creating a center for social interaction and urban communication. Based on the research findings, it can be stated that this project is in transition phase and has not yet reached the final level of quality, satisfaction and social desirability.
