Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the barriers of Organizational Entrepreneurship in Islamic Azad University. This research is applied in a descriptive-survey based on a goal-oriented research method. The statistical population of the research includes employees and managers of the Islamic Azad University, whose number is over 3, 000. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, frequency distribution tables, mean and standard deviation, and inferential statistics using SPSS software and Smart PLS were used. Findings of the research show that the positive effect of Internal factors on Organizational Entrepreneurship with path coefficient equal to 3024/0 is positive and T / T is 8/498 and Environmental factors with path coefficient equal to 5967/0, which is somewhat positive and T is equal to With 16. 4366 and the resulting factors with a path coefficient equal to 0. 1691, which is somewhat positive, and T is equal to 5. 1817. 5. Based on the findings of the research and the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that: Internal factors And Environmental and contextualization in Islamic Azad University has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Entrepreneurship.
