Establishment of marketing system for private institute Case study of Tabriz

Abstract

 Private technical and vocational institutes being assumed as educational providers in society, it can play a significant role in social welfare, demand satisfaction and private institutes benefits. Therefore, it is important that marketing process being run toward private institutes goals and objectives. Given the growing importance of marketing issues and processes in vocational and vocational institutes, the aim of this study is to provide a model for the establishment of a marketing system in private and technical vocational schools. This research is practical with descriptive methodology, the result of field data analysis among 417 managers and trainees of private institutes in Tabriz have been implemented randomly. Using the structural model and AMOS version 22, it demonstrates the positive impact of market understanding, trainee needs, trainees' demands on an apprenticeship marketing strategy, and the establishment of a beneficial relationship with trainees and their satisfaction, as well as the acquisition of value from trainees for profit and quality. Also, these results can help managers to measure the strengths and weaknesses of the institutes from the point of view of clients (apprentices) and take the necessary steps to improve the weaknesses and use of strengths.
