Abstract

With the rise of states and the domination of democracy over societies, political activity under various groups and spectrums increased. In this approach, the knowledge of groups to excel and excel over them was expanded in sociology and gradually, the knowledge of flow science was recognized as a branch of sociology. Among the problems of cognitive stream science, we can mention the formation of streams. Therefore, the main issue of this research is to infer different bases of the formation of Political Currents and consequently different parties. And what basis does Imam Khomeini use in formulating Political Currents? Based on the descriptive-analytical method, the research findings indicate that there are different sources for the division of Political Currents; Including independence and dependence, social classes, religion, purpose, belief, ideology, etc., the most important of which are discussed. Also, by studying the political thought of Imam Khomeini, it became clear that he uses various bases in the typology of Political Currents. Imam Khomeini with a combined approach, some different methods and bases derived from sociological approaches were able to carefully differentiate between groups and Political Currents. Of course, the important point in the Formulation of Imam Khomeini is that he did not get caught up in the conventional literature of sociological theories and re-read the theoretical methods and approaches in her intellectual literature and intended a new concept for them.
