Abstract

In terms of results, this research is considered as a development research because it explains the components of service in the organization based on the thought of Imam Khomeini. In terms of purpose, this research is part of applied research. In fact, the research approach of this study is inductive-deductive in terms of data collection logic. The participants of this research consist of two parts. In the first part, content analysis (interview with experts), 15 management specialists and managers of government organizations based in Mazandaran province were present as panel members, who were selected as members of the panel through homogeneous qualitative sampling. Were. In the second part of the research, 15 experts are used to design the structural-interpretive model in order to answer the designed questionnaire. For this purpose, first, by examining the theoretical and theoretical foundations of the research, the main and sub-components were prepared and compiled in the form of a score checklist. Effectively designed on service culture. After determining the research variables, content analysis units (theme, category and markers) were identified. The results show that 13 variables include: science and justice, rule of law and respect and submission to the law, simple living, humility and respect for people, avoidance of conciliation, expecting no praise and reward, sincerity in action, patience and Patience, prioritizing others, hidden benevolence, non-discrimination, lack of observation, lack of fame were identified as indicators of a culture of service based on Imam's thought.
