Abstract

The main function of the Quranic Product in the field of children is the transfer of education and Qur'anic teachings with a mental and creative style. A product that can properly open up new Quranic religious and epistemic arenas to children, and impregnate their small and mysterious world with supernatural spirituality. It is natural that this product, like other products, is distributed by the manpower and distributed in the market, and the Process of observing it is also exposed. This research is aimed at discovering and identifying these injuries with a qualitative approach. Therefore, based on a targeted qualitative sampling method, 20 of the main actors in this field have participated in this study and the method of analysis has been used for data analysis. The findings of the study consist of 8 main damage in three dimensions of Process, structure and environment: weakness in the formulation of upstream documents and formal rules, policy making and strategic planning, systemization, mechanism of financial and budget support, creation of knowledge, creativity and innovation, marketing And weakness in product attitudes.
