Abstract

Understanding the speaker's intention in expressing the meaning by words, and appearance of the meaning which CUSTOM infers from sentences and words, have always been considered by fore and still is. In Islam also the holly legislator, has used the current CUSTOM LANGUAGE, like which has been common among sages, and has initiated (invented) a special and new method. So the UTTERANCE PRINCIPLES which is taken into consideration in gathering bases and the roll of common sense from one side, and mooted subjects in HERMENEUTICS like classic HERMENEUTICS and Modem HERMENEUTICS, and paying attention to being the human conception in subjects of the age and impossibility of rebuilding of the word emersion period of another side, has been seemingly a mental disturbance and also for rational establishment which in one of the important backing of essential subjects, so in this note has been tried to propound common sense and notice to appearance of emission and UTTERANCE PRINCIPLES and put the cooperation under observation with a transitory beckon to hermeneutic subject to make near the principle subjects to hermeneutic realm instead of giving proximity to semantic subjects.
