Abstract

interpretation insight is a stylistic feature of the well-known followers of Mawlawiya order, and Sultan Walad as one of the leaders of this order is not an exception. He has achieved higher ranks in the practice of mysticism and believed that he has perceived "the position of the lover" in Wilaya, and has interesting viewpoints regarding the interpretation of Quran’ s verses (Ayat) and Infallibles' Ahadith. In this research, the writers reviews his viewpoints concerning interpretation while elaborating and comparing his viewpoints about Ahadith and Ravayat (narrations) to other mystics in the four fields of interpretations related to the Prophets and Awliyā , interpretations related to mysticism, interpretations related to Zikr (recitation of God's names), and other mystic interpretation of Ahadith. The result of this research reveals that according to Sultan Walad, Quran has different layers of meaning and is full of mystery, and only a mature and perfect human can interpret and understand all the mystery and its seven layers. He considered himself one of the Quran's signs and believed that only a person can understand his interpretations who is like him, and similar to him, has reached the status of nothingness and obedience. He also has unique ideas concerning the interpretation of Ahadith, and with the aid of infallibles' (PBUH) words, he explains and elaborates on mystic principles.
