Abstract

 In this paper we study the concept of j-biatness of a BANACH ALGEBRAA, where ' is a continuous homomorphism on A.We prove that if' is a continuous epimorphism on A and A has a bounded approximate identity and A is j-biat, then A is j-amenable. In the case where' is an isomorphism on A we show that the j-amenability of A implies its j-biatness.
