Abstract

 The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of FORGIVENESS on the collusion process of penal law in Iran and analyze it from various aspects. One of the mentioned issues related to crimes, is whether they are forgivable or unforgivable. Doing crimes definitly harm the society and the law institution is obliged to pursuit, probate and punish the convict as a delegator. Although the whole crimes damage the discipline of the society and have public effects, following the convict happens only if the victim complains. The method of the research is library and it shows that the previous studies have considered the position and the effect of complainant FORGIVENESS on collusion process with the convict, the rules of the Islamic law revised in 2013 and counselling A.D.H.GH.GH consider the order, safety, law and individual freedom in the society from different aspects.
