Abstract

Since a long time ago and even before the human becomes familiar with the words of war and peace, he perceived the meaning and sense of them. According to the narration of the Holy Quran, the sons of Adam were the first two persons who experienced"the meaning of these two terms. The MAHJAR"S LITERATURE is proud to have encompassed and respected all the aspects of human life issues. Accompanying his era and countrymen in the eastern world, he joined his hands in their sorrows and pleasures, left no stone nuturned to-hilight the society realities of the easterners. Amin Al-Reihani, the representative and the main pillar of the MAHJAR"S LITERATURE, at his part, during the two world wars always was the great defendant of the human sights by means of his prose and poetry, condemned the war imposers and showed sympathy towards the war victims and the prisoners as well. He always chanted the slogans of peace, sincerity peaceful co-existence, and unity.
