Abstract

A system of partnership is described by features such as division of profit, suggestion mechanism, horizontal supervision, fairer distribution of income, and sustainable employment.The paper tries to analyze the participation procedure as a substitution for the fixed wage system and its impact on other macroeconomic indicators.The methodology of the study is based on analytical descriptive analysis. The results indicate that since in this regime risk and income movements are shared by workers, there will be a kind of insurance for the employer a more sustainable enterprise. While workers get more benefit when the firm is profitable they will be satisfied with a lower wage when the firm is confronted with a negative shock. As a result this system will be more consistent with low levels of unemployment, less wage discrimination, fewer lay offs and therefore employment movement, FREE RIDING, and risks will be less than in the fixed wage system.
