Abstract

In languages such as Persian, Arabic, and German in which the verb has an ending, the subject of the sentence logically agrees with the verb in terms of singular and plural. But our language follows no logical rule, instead it follows its speakers' usage. In other words, each language pursues the logic of its own speakers. Hence, in the languages in which the verb has no ending, in some cases, this agreement does not exist. The present article aims at exploring those cases which lack this agreement.
