Abstract

purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between work and non-work variables and quality of work life LIBRARIANS in PUBLIC LIBRARIES was done in Yazd.Method: The study was quantitative and descriptive correlational approach is an applied. Respondents are LIBRARIANS working in PUBLIC LIBRARIES in Yazd. Questionnaire to collect data for each of the participating libraries used. The questionnaire is divided into two sections, sections (a) demographic and (b) questions relating to any of the variables. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis.Findings: Findings from this study indicated that both work variables and non-work variables do matter in determining the quality of work life And significant correlation between the variables work and non-work variables and quality of life.
