Abstract

According to research was performed, if happen a severe art quick in futurein Tehran, nearly about 5000 gas station will be explode and we experience a lot of fire in high building that have noanti fire security system so many people will trapped in burning building who are at risk of gas inhalation toxicity especially carbon monoxide and may be thousands victims will died. So have a preventive rescue and treatment plan for this toxicity disaster is mandatory for diminish the number of dead victims and saving of victims at the scene of fire. This plan consist of three main part: proper rescue plan by fire man (safe removal of the patient from smoky environment), advice the victims for safety and escape and pre hospital care (Basic and advanced cardio-Respiratory life support measures, Decontamination and treatment).
