Abstract

Present article discusses reasons of the WORLD FINANCIAL CRISIS, it outcomes, analysis of the economists’ about this issue and IC based approach to overcome to it.Effects of the financial crisis to small open ECONOMY of TAJIKISTAN are discussed, and the lessons of the crisis for national ECONOMY are presented. Authors believe that the diversification of the structure of the national ECONOMY and foreign economic relations is essential to reduce negative external shocks, second, ensure extensive development of the real sector of ECONOMY to alleviate dependence from “financial bubble”.
