Abstract

PARTICIPATORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is one of the most important ways for increasing the PRODUCTIVITY of an organization. This can improve the innovation of the personnel. Applying this method can also decrease the concentration in the organization.In this study the application of the PARTICIPATORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM in the YAZD ELECTRICITY COMPANY in the period of 2004- 2007 is analyesed. By using the Topsis technique, the result show that, among the variables which affects this method, improving the innovation power of the staff gets the first rank and obtaining the profit has the last order. The benefit which was also attained is about twenty fold of the cost in the period which was considered.
