Abstract

Most of the researches being done in the field of STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078">STYLISTICS concern reinvestigating literary STYLEs and the creative STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> IDIOSYNCRASY of the author. For this reason the application of STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> LANGUAGE in literature has been taken into further account within the field of STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078">STYLISTICS. The present study tries to criticize the formalistic distinction made between STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> LANGUAGE and literature and to challenge the idea of “literary STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> LANGUAGE” as an independent phenomenon. It also illustrates the point that the distinction made between the application of STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> LANGUAGE in STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> LITERARY WORDS and non-literary ones is due to different functions of STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> LANGUAGE. It is the functions of literary STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> LANGUAGE which leads to the prominence of STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> LANGUAGE as well as forming an STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> IDIOSYNCRASY.
