Abstract

COPPER NANOPARTICLES WERE PREPARED ACCORDING TO PREVIOUS REPORT BY SHARGHI ET AL [1]. A SERIES OF AROMATIC NITRO COMPOUNDS WERE REACTED WITH SODIUM BOROHYDRIDE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COPPER NANOPARTICLES TO AFFORD THE AROMATIC AMINO COMPOUNDS IN GOOD YIELDS [2]. ADDITIONALLY, THE CATALYSTS SYSTEM CAN BE RECYCLED AND MAINTAIN A HIGH CATALYTIC EFFECT IN THE REDUCTION OF AROMATIC NITRO COMPOUNDS [3].
