Abstract

 IN RECENT YEARS, PROGRESS OF BUSINESS AND RESEARCH ON BIODEGRADABLE AND BIOCOMPATIBLE MATERIALS FOR IMPLANTS, SCAFFOLDS FOR CELL CULTURE, DRUG DELIVERY AND ETC. HAVE BEEN GROWING. CHITOSAN AS A BIOCOMPATIBLE MATERIAL AND RENEWABLE WITH UNIQUE BIOLOGICAL AND ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTIES HAS BEEN CONSIDERED SO MUCH. THE PROBLEM WITH USE OF CHITOSAN IN BIOLOGICAL USES IS INSOLUBILITY IN WATER. TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM, WE TRIED TO OBTAIN CHITOSAN WITH LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT SOLUBLE IN WATER WITH NEUTRAL PH AFTER DEGRADATION WITH H2O2. ALSO CHITOSAN NANOPARTICLES PRODUCED BY ULTRASONICATION AND IONIC GELATION WITH TPP.
