Abstract

 This study aimed to investigate the effect and prioritization of types of Organizational Culture on Happiness in organization with the mediation of Spirituality in the Workplace is done. The research method was descriptive and correlation study, structural equation modeling. The population consisted of all employees of ICT Organization of Tehran Municipality is that uses stratified random sampling. Proportional to the size of each class 172 people were selected for study. For gathering of research data of three standard questionnaires of Organizational Culture, spirituality and Happiness in the workplace was used. Research data after collecting by using statistical software LISREL, SPSS were analyzed. Structural equation modeling results showed that the impact of Organizational Culture on Happiness and Spirituality in the Workplace is a positive and significant, the impact Spirituality in the Workplace on Happiness is positive and significant.
