Abstract

 Transformational leadership on organizational psychology is one of the paradigms of leadership that has been widely researched. Transformational leadership, subordinates satisfaction and trust in the leadership, in addition to enhancing their emotional commitment. This study aims to explore the role of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and political skill in the relationship between JOB SATISFACTION was the TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE of managers. The study population and contract managers and employees of the City in Bandar Abbas (300) due to the limited sample size is equal to the population. Analysis of multivariate data analysis methods (SEM) was conducted by LISREL software. The results show that variables such as EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, POLITICAL SKILLS and leadership style on JOB SATISFACTION affect the organization. The POLITICAL SKILLS and EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE variables affecting the TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE will lead to increased JOB SATISFACTION.
