Abstract

In this study, the quality of urban e-banking services using the EFQM Excellence Model is evaluated Ansar Bank. Considering the changing environment and highly competitive, according to e-banking services quality is essential. The present study is an applied research and descriptive in nature and research, cross-sectional survey. The study population Ansar bank employees of Kerman city is Bojnoord. According to the results obtained from the questionnaires and analyzing the data, according to research hypotheses in relation to standards 9 EFQM (leadership, policy and strategy, employees, business cooperation and resources, processes, customer results, people results, society results, key performance results) all hypotheses were confirmed and in line with proposals in relation to research and apply it in the bank Ansar discussed.
