Abstract

IN THE PRESENT NOTE WE STUDY THE PROPERTIES OF NEAR ARMENDARIZ RINGS, AND THE CONNECTION AMONG NEAR AMENDARIZ RINGS, REDUCED RINGS, IFP RINGS AND ABELIAN RINGS. WE PROVE THAT EVERY SEMIPRIME NEAR ARMENDARIZ RING HAS NO NONZERO NIL ONE-SIDED IDEAL. THE KOTHE,S CONJECTURE IS TRUE FOR THE CLASS OF NEAR ARMENDARIZ RINGS. FURTHERMORE WE STUDY THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE POLYNOMIAL RING R[X] IS NEAR AMENDARIZ WHEN R IS NEAR AMENDARIZ, WHICH IS RELATED TO QUESTION OF AMITSUR.
