Abstract

Collapse of some Arab States in 2011, continuity of Protests in Syria & Yemen & Probability of its spread to other Countries, disarrayed demarcation of Power & Identity in Middle East. The Main Question is that, what are Arab World developments Effects on Arab World’s discourses? And what kind of Power & Identity configuration is emerging in Middle East Region? To answer this Question, author from a DISCOURSE APPROACH, analyses main challenges in Arab World, Effective actors & Existing discourses in this Region, and Shows that as result of ARAB SPRING upheavals, which discourses has lost their position, and which are emerging as a hegemonic ones, findings shows that discourses of Authoritarianism in Arab World, especially in Tunisia & Egypt, has lost their dominant position. Civil Islamism & Democratic Discourses has good Situations and are in the Way to be a hegemonic discourse in some of these Societies.
