 BACKGROUND: IN THIS PROJECT, A FLUORESCENT MAGNETIC HYBRID IMAGING NANOPROBE WAS FABRICATED BY THE CONJUGATION OF SUPERPARAMAGNETIC FE3O4 NANOPARTICLES AND DIFFERENT NOVEL RHODANINE DYES FOR BIOMEDICAL APPLICATION.NANO-MAGNETIC PARTICLES CONSIST OF A MAGNETITE CORE WHICH IS FIRST COVERED BY A LIPOPHILIC FLUORESCENCE RHODANINE DYE-BASED HAVE BEEN DESIGNED, SYNTHESIZED, AND A SECOND LAYER ENVELOPS THE PARTICLE WITH A HYDROPHILIC DEXTREN WHICH PROTECTS THE PROTECTS THE PARTICLES AGAINST AGGREGATION [1].
