Abstract

The study of principle of utilizing WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION will be the main issue of this article being investigated through the intellectual and narrative sources. In this article, it is claimed that utilizing WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION including chemical, microbic and NUCLEAR WEAPONS being along with an extensive annihilation with prevalent, inevitable and uncontrollable consequences is considered banned and illegal on the basis of jurisprudential reasons. Among the principles of significance of these weapons is the emphasis of Islam on the divine guidance of human being, the dignity of human nature, and seeking peace. Furthermore Islam has ordered to ethics, humanistic and affectionate behavior towards civilians particularly women, kids, and elderly people even captives and the uppermost is even the consideration of the rights of animals and ecosystem.
