Abstract

One of the rights of couples to each other is the right of sexual intercourse. It has a significant role in maintaining the family and preventing possible deviations of a woman or her husband. The present study using a descriptive library and analytical method showed that husband and wife have equal rights according to the verses of Quran such as " Treat your wives with goodness", "Women have the same rights as duties. " that is, in contrast to the woman's duty to obey the man in sexual matters, a duty has been placed on the man towards the woman, and the establishment of such a balance, will lead to adjustment of sexual intercourse. Otherwise, marital satisfaction will be compromised. The reason for this requirement, in addition to the necessity of good communication in couples' relations, is divine guidance, and also the emergence of the early interpretation of the right in Islamic traditions as a requirement. Therefore, if a man does not observe the right to sexual consent One of the rights of couples to each other is the right of sexual intercourse.
