Abstract

Background: In the present era, the reverse logistics issues have attracted the attention of many researchers due to the increasing importance of saving raw materials, environmental factors and government laws. It has been electronics. Methods: This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and is a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of method. The statistical population of the research consists of a group of experts familiar with Reverse Procurement, whose number is 12 people. This community is used in Delphi technique and ranking and the second group includes experts and employees of production companies of Morche Khort industrial town of Isfahan, whose number is 1200 people and with Cochran's formula, 291 people have formed the sample volume. And simple random sampling method has been used. The main research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire in Delphi with 4 components and 20 items. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha. Results: The results indicate that 4 main components and 20 sub-criteria were identified. Finally, with the Delphi technique, experts agreed on 4 main criteria and 15 sub-criteria during three screening stages and then with the help of analysis. Confirmatory factor and structural equations and LISREL software were modeled and ranked. The criteria are in order of priority: processes, systems and methods with a factor load of 0. 56 in the first place, growth and excellence and organizational learning with a factor load. 0. 45 in second place, manpower with a factor of 0. 34 in the third place and stakeholders and finance in the amount of a factor of 0. 22 are in fourth place. Conclusion: In the future, the world will see applied technologies and integrated capabilities in this field, which will create a completely new class of strategic supply chain design.
